What the score is — and isn't

The Complaint Score shown next to each builder on PropertyFact is a simple numerical summary derived from official Chhattisgarh RERA data — specifically, the number of complaints, delayed projects, and any revoked, suspended, or defaulter status recorded against that builder. It is not a credit rating, not a trust certification, and not our personal opinion about any builder. We do not investigate builders independently; we only summarize what RERA has already published.

Builder names are matched carefully, but because government records sometimes have spelling variations, occasional mismatches are possible.
