RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) is the government body that regulates real estate in each Indian state. In Chhattisgarh, CG-RERA requires builders to register projects, publish accurate details, and answer to buyer complaints — that registration and complaint data is what PropertyFact organizes and displays.
An Order is RERA's formal, legally-binding decision on a complaint case — for example, directing a builder to pay interest for delay, complete pending work, or issue a refund. Every order on PropertyFact links to the original PDF from the official RERA portal.
An Interim Order is a temporary or provisional decision RERA issues while a case is still being heard — meant to give immediate relief or maintain the current situation until a Final Order is passed. It is not the end of the case.
A Final Order is RERA's concluding decision after fully hearing a complaint. It settles the case at the Authority's level, though it can still be appealed in a higher forum like the Appellate Tribunal or courts.
Complaint % is simply total complaints divided by total registered projects, multiplied by 100. There's no hidden weighting or formula — just that one calculation, shown so you can compare builders quickly.
